- Demonstrated business development experience and networking skills
- Home lending experience
- High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus
- Previous success in relationship management and identifying new business relationships
- The ability to carry out needs-based conversations
- Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to make a positive contribution to the local community
- Strong Lending experience is highly desirable
