- Lead a cross-functional squad, setting clear vision, priorities, and outcomes aligned to Suncorp's consumer insurance strategy
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, including backlog prioritisation, testing practices, and implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, and other Product Owners to maximise efficiency, value, and customer outcomes
- Gather and refine business requirements, ensuring clarity for delivery teams and alignment with customer needs
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and blockers, applying strong governance and proactive risk management
- Represent the business in technology enhancements, ensuring seamless customer and business integration
- Proven experience (3+ years) in insurance and/or financial services with strong business acumen
- Hands-on experience in project delivery, backlog management, and Agile practices
- Strong technical literacy with the ability to articulate and manage technology-enabled solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Data literacy and analytical thinking, able to translate insights into actionable outcomes
- Adaptability and resilience in a continuously evolving environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or Product Owner certification (desirable)
