Our flagship brand, Medrecruit, is the largest doctors’ staffing agency in Australasia.We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager (Senior Division) to cover parental leave, but for the right person, we may consider a permanent offer. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving business performance, leading our talented teams, and shaping the future of medical staffing in Australasia.What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and inspire direct reports including Division Manager, Team Leaders and Recruiters.
- Drive business growth through portfolio utilisation, effective sales strategies, and client relationship management.
- Act as a key contributor to organisational strategy as part of our Senior Leadership Team.
- Oversee recruitment, performance development, and succession planning across the division.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold our ISO 9001 certification.
- Monitor P&L, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
- At least 5 years’ leadership experience at a senior or executive level.
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial management, strategic planning, and organisational growth.
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent.
- Experience in change management, innovation, and driving performance through people.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
