You won’t be handed chaos. $130K–$140K base + super
Performance-based bonuses
Car allowance (or vehicle if you prefer)
Supportive leadership, no micromanagement

What You’ll Do

Lead a team of techs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Manage daily operations and ensure compliance
Resolve escalations, oversee after-hours response
Secure new service contracts and grow the division
Track profitability and improve margins

What You’ll Need

Proven experience managing commercial HVAC services (bonus if multi-trade)
Confident leadership and team mentoring skills
Commercial mindset, strong with margins and KPIs
Service software know-how (Aroflo ideal)
