With a commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence, this company is currently seeking a highly experienced Contract Administrator to assist in the final phase of a major project.
The Project
You’ll be working on the close-out of a landmark mixed-use commercial and residential development, valued at over $200 million. This is a high-profile project with complex structures, multiple stakeholders, and a fast-paced delivery program.
The Role
This is a 3–4 month contract role, ideally suited to a senior-level Contract Administrator with proven experience on large-scale builds. You’ll be instrumental in wrapping up the project through:
  • Managing subcontractor claims and variations
  • Reviewing and processing final accounts
  • Contract close-out and documentation
  • Assisting the commercial team in project financials and reporting
  • Liaising with project managers and site teams to ensure timely completion
What You Need
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator
  • Experience on large-scale commercial/residential projects ($200M+)
  • Background with top-tier builders essential
  • Proven ability to manage claims, variations, and subcontractor performance
  • Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills
  • Immediate availability or short notice preferred
