Your role will involve providing expert insights, negotiating deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.QualificationsAs an Aussie Buyer's Agent, your role would involve:

Taking detailed client briefs to understand their property goals
Staying updated on market conditions, real estate trends, and regulatory changes
Sourcing properties across on-market, pre-market, and off-market listings
Conducting due diligence to assess potential risks and opportunities
Negotiating purchase prices and terms to secure the best deals for your clients
Building strong relationships with real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders
Providing excellent customer service and securing repeat business

Keys to Your Success
To be considered for future roles as an Aussie Buyer's Agent, you will ideally:

Hold a valid Class 2 Real Estate Licence
Have proven experience as a Buyer's Agent or Seller's Agent
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Australian property market and regulatory environment
Demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Be a skilled negotiator with strong conflict resolution capabilities
Uphold the highest ethical standards, always putting the client's best interests first
