- Providing day to day administration support as required to the Head of Project Management (HoPM)
- Owner of the PM @Work Site, and the Central PM Function internal teamspace site – including undertaking regular maintenance and updates/redesigns/refreshes
- Owner of the PM JIRA Service Desk – conducting maintenance, undertaking updates/refreshes, and monitoring/co-ordinating timely actioning of requests
- Co-ordination of the PM Engagement Plan – contributing to the formation of the Plan, co-ordinating logistics for the various forums, engaging with stakeholders/presenters and managing the closure of actions
- Issuing communications from the Central PM Function mailbox
- Maintenance of the PM Community Master List, and associated Distribution Lists – based on new hires/transfers/departures, and engaging with PM BPs as appropriate
- Ad-hoc activities as required
- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
- A lean in approach and be team orientated
- Excellent time management skills and be a motivated self-starter
- High attention to detail
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- A flexible and can do attitude
- Computer literacy with intermediate knowledge of MS Suite, Excel, Word and Outlook along with SharePoint
