The Role
You will be accountable for the servicing of customer supply requirements ensuring all aspects of ordering, forecasting, manufacturing, pricing and dispatch is communicated at all times effectively to the customer. Main duties will include:

Strategically manage senior level customers’ supply requirements.
Liaise closely with manufacturing, supply & demand planners to ensure all plans and SLAs are on track.
Transport optimisation, SKU lifecycle management and aged inventory management.

The Requirements

Previous experience within a Supply Chain based role, ideally FMCG planning
Strong Excel skills including VLookups and Pivot Tables
Ideally have SAP experience
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
