Senior Business Analyst - Process Design, Data and Integration

• Document current and future state business processes using BPMN, flowcharts, and structured templates.
• Conduct integration and data analysis to assess system compatibility and inform solution design.
• Lead gap analysis and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, policy, and technical teams to co-design future solutions.
• Analyse and visualise data using tools such as SAS, Power BI, or Tableau to support public sector reporting and decision-making.
• Develop or support business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
• Assist in procurement activities including RFQ preparation, vendor evaluation, and compliance checks.
• Adapt to changing priorities and provide responsive communication to leadership and delivery teams.

• Proven experience documenting business processes using BPMN or equivalent tools
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, future-state design, and process optimisation
• Demonstrated experience in data analytics, visualisation, and interpretation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and business case development
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive mindset with ability to take direction
• Must be an Australian citizen
