This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role that's all about real growth-our previous Supervisor has just been promoted to Manager! As the new Logistics & Fabrication Supervisor you'll be at the heart of our Salisbury DC operations, guiding a dynamic team across warehouse and fabrication functions. You'll be the go-to person for creating a safe, efficient, and people-focused environment where collaboration and continuous improvement thrive.We're looking for someone who's not afraid to jump on a forklift, lead toolbox talks, and coach others to be their best. You'll be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring top-notch customer service and smooth logistics operations. Previous experience lading small teams in a warehouse or logistics

Passionate about safety, and leading Toolbox talks

Excellent communication and ability to take all member on a journey

Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills along with high level customer service

Experience in process improvement, coaching and developing teams

Skills in warehouse admin, reporting and forecasting

Confident on SAP S4/Hana or other ERP, along with Microsoft efficiency

Forklift license, and First Aid Certification (not essential)

Outgoing personality, team and outcome focused!
