You work closely with project teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Trade qualification (Certificate III or higher) in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical discipline
3–5 years’ experience coordinating service works. Experience in high-rise construction projects would be highly valued.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules and budgets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with subcontractors and internal teams
Effective problem solver, focused on timely issue resolution
Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and compliance requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Service Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate service packages during the design and construction phases to ensure timely, on-budget, and quality delivery.

Act as the main point of contact for all service coordination tasks
Schedule and dispatch internal tradespeople and subcontractors according to project timelines
Monitor and track service progress, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively
Maintain accurate records of work orders, RFIs, compliance documents,
Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, subcontractors
Monitor subcontractor performance and escalate issues when necessary
Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials, , and equipment
Ensure materials meet project specifications and compliance requirements
Prepare service progress, compliance, and defect reports
Assist with commissioning, testing, defect rectification, and handover documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support junior team members
