We're seeking a Community Ambassador to deliver exceptional concierge-style experiences onsite for our multinational alcoholic beverage client. As the vital first impression and go-to problem-solver, you'll master everything from access control and meeting room coordination to mail management and event support. Transform everyday workplace interactions into memorable experiences through face-to-face service.Responsibilites will include:Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees whilst building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholdersConduct building orientations for new starters and provide remote support to regional officesManage meeting room bookings and set upsProvide comprehensive reception services including visitor management and correspondence handlingOversee daily mail operations, package management and office inventoryCoordinator vendor relationships, work orders and service provider for maintenance, cleaning and office operationsAct as key liaison for all catering and event related queriesSupport HR processes for onboarding, assist with fleet management, offsite storage and mobile phone administrationsEnsure office safetyThe successful candidate will have:Prior customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar client-facing industriesExcellent verbal communication and telephone etiquetteExpert multitasking capabilities with strong prioritisation and scheduling skillsFast learner with genuine eagerness to develop and growWhat you can expect from us:As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
