All of your hard work and experience will be rewarded with working in a very caring, hard working team and in the company of like minded professionals.The Role:You will be responsible for running all the day-to-day operations of the venue, whilst also having knowledge of the financial, KPI's and reporting to senior management. You will manage all stock control, maintain an impeccable level of service and lead the staff from the front to provide an environment and service that customers want to keep coming back.You will be rewarded with a great team that are striving for exactly the same thing and you will be given every opportunity to progress within this booming company.Your Experience:
Knowledge of working to and exceeding budgets and P&L targets
Passion, enthusiasm and a real personal drive
Proven experience to be a strong hands on leader
Previous management experience in Cafes, a la carte, functions and F&B Operations
Have a passionate demeanour and are able to drive a service driven culture.
Previous experience in a senior managerial role dealing with high volume is a must. Your skills and abilities will be tested and you are sure to get out of this position what you put in, if not more.
