We're searching for a driven and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our high-performing manufacturing team. You'll operate and maintain production line equipment, ensure quality standards are met, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that help us deliver world-class results.A day in the life:
You'll start your shift by preparing and inspecting your workstation, ensuring equipment is ready to run smoothly. Throughout the day, you'll monitor machine performance, carry out quality checks, make adjustments, and work with your team to keep production on track and meet Asahi's high standards across safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and adjust production line equipment, including size and flavour changesPerform quality checks, inspections and testing, acting promptly to address issuesComplete cleaning and maintenance tasks in line with GMP, HACCP and CIL standardsAssist in preventative maintenance and improvement activities to optimise performanceSupport and embed Asahi Way and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouTrade Certificate in electrical, electronic, or mechanical discipline (or relevant qualification)Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with lean practices exposureStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain focused under pressureWell-developed communication and teamwork skills, with a drive for outcomesComfortable using computer systems and maintaining accurate recordsWhy Asahi Beverages?At Asahi Beverages, we're passionate about crafting more than just drinks - we craft moments of connection, celebration, and shared enjoyment.
