This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with deep expertise in property and conveyancing, offering you the chance to thrive in a culture that values collaboration and continuous growth.Job DescriptionWorking closely with experienced lawyers in the Property & Commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing a range of conveyancing and property matters from end to end. This is a varied role with room to grow, and no two days will be the same.Key responsibilities:

Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement
Prepare contracts, settlement figures, and relevant legal documents
Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other key stakeholders
Use PEXA for electronic settlements
Assist with general property law administrative support as needed

The Successful ApplicantWe're looking for someone who has:

Experience in conveyancing or property paralegal work (minimum 1 years preferred),
Skilled using PEXA and conveyancing software,
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused,
A team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach,
Able to work autonomously with strong communication skills,

Qualifications in conveyancing or legal studies are desirable but not essential for the right candidate with practical experience.What's on Offer
