- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail property management
- Trade qualifications (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
- Proven experience in supervising building services and contractors
- Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- First Aid Certificate
- Professional demeanour and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to make decisions and implement within delegated authority
- Thorough knowledge of property functions, including accrual accounting
- Flexibility to meet business and client needs
