supporting business applications by managing system changes, and small projects,
providing incident and request management services.
consulting with stakeholders, gathering requirements, testing, and transitioning application changes,
developing and maintaining user and system documentation,
providing consultancy services, day to day support, IT change management, reporting and application management.
