- Local knowledge of the Victorian community and/or disability sector is highly desirable.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- As a Regional Manager you'll be responsible for aligning service delivery with genU's strategic direction, ensuring compliance, and supporting staff to succeed.
- Your ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices will be essential in delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients.
- Ensure service delivery meets quality standards, contract requirements, and client needs.
- Foster strong partnerships with clients, families, and key stakeholders.
- Support team development through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Represent genU in external forums, advocating for clients and promoting our values.
- Tertiary qualification in disability or related field or a minimum Certificate IV in Disability with substantial experience;
- Current Australian Driver's License;
- NDIS Working Screening & Working with Childrens Check;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate - "Quality, Safety & You".
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support teams;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills;
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
