In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives, gaining valuable exposure to strategic decision-making and leadership styles. You'll also spend time at our various Kinetic depots, giving you first-hand insight into our operations, our people, and the essential services we deliver. This combination of executive exposure and on-the-ground experience will give you a well-rounded understanding of the business and accelerate your professional growth.What You'll Do
  • Respond to employment-related queries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain our Position Description library and employee files.
  • Support employee onboarding and assist the Talent team with administration.
  • Manage compliance processes, including the employee visa register.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Who We're Looking For
  • A degree (or working towards one) in Business, HR Management, or a related field.
  • Some HR-related experience or exposure, with a genuine interest in developing your career.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Confidence using MS Office; HRIS experience is an advantage.
