Location: Melbourne or Sydney
Type: Contract (6 months + long term)
Work Type: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of IT experience working with Identity & Access Management solutions
- Good understanding & exposure to Identity as well as Access Management toolsets (Work experience around leading IGA toolset such as SailPoint is preferred)
- Understanding of Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management, Privileged Access Management(PAM) processes & Integrations within the enterprise landscape
- Good understanding and experience working with Identity Lifecycle Management processes covering,
- HR (Joiner, Mover & Leaver) processes
- Understanding of Identity provisioning flows across systems
- User Identity & Access management across system landscape
- Experience working on a large IAM engagement
- 3+ years of experience working as IDAM solution Business Analyst
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as documentation skills
- Ability to work with business as well as technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and consultative skill
- Experience working in a multi-vendor environment handling multiple stakeholders
- BFSI sector knowledge
