The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new creator agencies and business partnerships for TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together with the agencies as a partner while building good relationships with them.Responsibilities
- Formulate agency strategies based on market and competitive research
- Develop new creator agencies and entertainment agencies and form partnerships with them
- Provide support for LIVE distribution activities, such as preparing reports for agencies and entertainment agencies
- Creation of manuals and community guidelines for agencies and entertainment agencies
