- Supporting the sales team with general administration and operation tasks in the Boutique
- Assisting customers by dealing with their queries in store and via incoming phone calls to the Boutique.
- Opportunity to assist with visual merchandising, helping to display watches on the shop floor
- Scheduling customer appointments & overseeing the booking-in process on behalf of the purchasing team including PO creation
- Completing serial number, box & paper checks using strong attention to detail
- Ensuring all stock is stored correctly in line with the Safe Scan process, as part of the end of day procedure
- Working with our in-store Stock & Dispatch Assistant to send out watches to other Watchfinder locations & direct to customers, in addition to general stock control
- Strong administration skills and competent using computer systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Client-centric approach - provide excellent customer service by offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to work efficiently under tight time constraints.
