We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee commercial and government projects valued up to $15M. This role offers the chance to be dedicated to one project at a time, allowing you to focus on quality delivery without the distraction of juggling multiple sites.

Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
Lead, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met.
Drive construction programs and maintain project timelines.
Report to and collaborate closely with the Project Manager.
Act as the key point of contact on-site, fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial and/or government projects.
Strong understanding of construction methodology, safety, and compliance.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, programs, and specifications.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A track record of delivering projects up to $15M successfully.
