- Drive growth through product adoption & scalable solutions - Lead agency revenue growth by championing TikTok's product suite, scaling adoption across holding groups and independent agencies, and delivering measurable client outcomes.
- Architect joint business partnerships - Design and execute strategic JBPs with top agency partners to unlock sustained, long-term growth and shared value creation.
- Lead forward-looking strategic planning - Analyse data trends and agency performance to inform business planning, strengthen core product capabilities, and guide cross-functional priorities.
- Deepen vertical and market penetration - Identify opportunities to expand TikTok's presence in key and underpenetrated verticals through tailored strategies and product-led initiatives.
- Shape TikTok's market narrative - Represent TikTok in the agency ecosystem, positioning the platform as an essential growth partner through thought leadership and external advocacy.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration - Partner with global, regional, and local teams to drive alignment, improve operational processes, and deliver impactful solutions for agencies and clients.
- Elevate agency relationships with a strategic lens - Build and strengthen C-level and senior leadership relationships within agency holding groups and independents, shifting the focus from transactional engagement to strategic value creation.
- Champion operational rigour - Establish clear performance frameworks, processes, and measurement practices to ensure accountability and efficiency across the agency business.
- Advocate for TikTok initiatives - Drive agency engagement in TikTok's global commercial programs, research projects, and high-impact industry initiatives.
- Lead, develop & manage the team - Oversee recruitment, talent development, organisational change, and performance management to build a high-performing agency team.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- In-depth experience in digital advertising sales or agency business development, ideally from platform publishers or the media agency ecosystem
- Strong people management experience, leading a commercial or sales team
- Consistent track record of over-achieving revenue targets in past and current roles
- Strong existing relationships with agency C-level executives and decision makers
- Proven experience working in a complex, fast-changing environment with the ability to deal with ambiguityPreferred Qualifications
