Great part-time opportunity for a motivated team player to work for a great organisation in Brisbane!Our client is a well-recognised national brand with a strong presence across Australia. They have multiple short-term casual opportunities, including part-time roles in selected locations, to support their teams during this peak period.Position Details:
Role: Office Admin Coordinator
Location: Kenmore and Mount Ommaney
Hourly Rate: $34.59 per hour + super (inclusive of casual loading; Modern Award applies)
Anticipated Contract Duration: Tax Season - July/August - potentially longer depending on the volume
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Anticipated Working hours: part time 16-20 hours per week until mid August - potential need for the same hours in October.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming experience
  • Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and offer service information
  • Conduct pre-appointment calls and liaise with internal admin teams
  • Accept and organise tax return drop-offs
  • Process payments, manage office banking, and respond to emails promptly
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in reception or administrative support
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional presentation and a team-focused attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
