Role: Office Admin Coordinator
Location: Kenmore and Mount Ommaney
Hourly Rate: $34.59 per hour + super (inclusive of casual loading; Modern Award applies)
Anticipated Contract Duration: Tax Season - July/August - potentially longer depending on the volume
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Anticipated Working hours: part time 16-20 hours per week until mid August - potential need for the same hours in October.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming experience
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and offer service information
- Conduct pre-appointment calls and liaise with internal admin teams
- Accept and organise tax return drop-offs
- Process payments, manage office banking, and respond to emails promptly
- Previous experience in reception or administrative support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional presentation and a team-focused attitude
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
