Your main duties will include:Coordinating import and export shipments across multiple international markets, including the USA, China, Poland, Thailand, Korea, and TaiwanLiaising with freight forwarding partners to manage logistics and ensure timely deliveryMonitoring and updating ETA trackers and preparing basic operational reportsEnsuring compliance with import/export regulations, biosecurity, and quarantine requirementsSupporting local sales and customer service teams with administrative tasksAssisting with logistics and administration for a remote mining and processing site, including occasional travelManaging documentation related to sourcing finished products and distributionMaintaining accurate records and providing general admin support within a lean team environmentThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will bring a blend of technical knowledge, attention to detail, and adaptability to thrive in this dynamic import/export role.
