- Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst within HR or Human Capital Management domains
- Strong understanding of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and associated HR processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or UKG (formerly Kronos)
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience in HR transformation or system implementation projects is highly desirable
