
Special Events Executive – Sixteen Antlers

- Proactively identify and capitalize on event sales opportunities to surpass revenue targets for Sixteen Antlers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry professionals to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the hotel's marketing and operations teams to create compelling collateral and promotional materials.
- Conduct site inspections and provide clients with detailed information on Sixteen Antlers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, & market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse events performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Experience in the Hospitality service industry,
- Proven track record in sales, within a similar type of establishment
- A drive to succeed
- Excellent communication & superior negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation & an ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
