
Account Executive

- Build and grow your nominated book of business, across a range of accounts within the Commercial segment
- Meet and exceed individual quota targets through new prospects and by growing existing customers
- Manage any forecast shortfalls with gap plans and other initiatives to ensure committed forecast and quota are met
- Master the lead indicators of the impact.com sales process such as generating minimum 3x visible pipeline, delivering forecasting accuracy within 10% as well as driving customer value alignment and securing win:win commercial outcomes
- Develop and execute 90 day Action Plans for your territory including individual Account Plans for nominated SMB Target Account prospects
- Prepare & deliver world-class demos and value-based presentations
- Have the ability to navigate and manage short, medium and complex long term sales-cycles with a range of different personas from business managers to C-Suite
- Be a highly effective communicator and stakeholder manager and have the ability to plan ahead to deliver required outcomes
- Execute all impact.com systems and tools to the highest standard as part of the sales process and ensure all customer records are timely and complete
- Have a commitment to consistently building own knowledge base around the performance marketing and partnerships ecosystem and impact.com's role within it
- Must have at least 3 years successful sales experience with evidence of consistent performance and target attainment
- 1-2 years minimum SAAS sales experience with evidence of consistent performance and target attainment preferred
- Digital marketing, particularly performance marketing and affiliate marketing ecosystem knowledge preferred
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICCCC
- Experience with sales and outbound communication tools (such as Salesforce, Salesloft etc)
- Have a customer orientation and desire to see customer success for the long term
- Demonstrable positive attitude, individual drive and persistence
- Have exceptional problem-solving, objection handling, networking and presentation skills
- Be curious, tenacious and resilient with a growth mindset and coachability
- A team player who fosters collaboration through open communication and takes personal ownership and accountability
