Your role is critical in enabling a safer workplace by identifying key improvements to WHS processes aligned with our legal obligations and Corrective Services strategies and operational needs.You will bring strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with sites, improving processes and systems that foster a safe, supportive, and healthy workplace for our staff. strategies for Corrective Services whilst also working in partnership with the Department’s Health and Safety Branch.You will play a key role in shaping and implementing WHS initiatives and developing proactive strategies to manage workers compensation, ensuring our people are well supported in their recovery and return to work.You will be empowered to partner with operational leads to significantly contribute to the Safety and Health framework, ensuring that Work Health and Safety obligations are met and risk minimized.Benefits and opportunities
