  • Process end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage superannuation contributions, tax calculations, and employee deductions.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to address payroll discrepancies.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimisation of payroll systems and processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and industry standards
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience in end-to-end payroll processing (ADP experience highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A genuine desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
