Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and escalate as required. Perform risk management and review with PMO manager to minimize project risks. Review financial obligations, time bars, bank guarantees and ensure compliance to those requirements. Review and discuss technical challenges and gaps with engineering team and ensure it is addressed promptly. Convert commercial and technical gaps to opportunities. Coordinate and manage project resources e.g. project coordinator and document controller, effectively and deficiently. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Develop a detailed project plan and schedule to track progress and provide fortnightly updates. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Meets financial objectives by forecasting regularly, updating SAP, and reporting changes to PMO Analyst and PMO manager. 5+ years' experience in project management in electrical industry. Sound technical knowledge of project systems, tools, and methodologies e.g, SAP. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated, reliable, and independent team member. Solid organization and time-management skills. Attention to details and strong in logic thinking.
