The Hospital in the Home (HITH) Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 is responsible for delivering complex specialist nursing care in the home or outpatient setting as a clinically safe substitute for hospital care.In this role, you will provide leadership in service improvement and staff development for provision of effective quality care.
