Process Technician

• Drive preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and testing practices to validate line performance requirements.
• Operating machinery within the facility to produce our materials & beverages.
• Perform daily process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.
• Conduct corrective action maintenance activities to ensure machine integrity and operating efficiency is maintained.
• Perform asset management activities on production line.
• Fault find and troubleshoot to reduce machine downtime.
• Conduct quality tests and calibrate machinery ensuring our product meet our high-quality standards.

• Trade or degree qualifications in electrical or mechanical discipline highly regarded.
• An ability to work in a varied role, you will be doing operational and maintenance tasks.
• Machine operator experience in the FMCG industry (desired).
• Trouble shooting skills and the ability to use your initiative.
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and a positive can-do attitude.
• Must be able to work on a 12-hour shift structure rotating between days and nights.
