We are currently looking for a customer focused Field Service Engineer to join our ACT team. This role supports both Office and Production Engineering and would suit someone who has had experience with office equipment with a desire to be trained in production print. The objective of the position is to install, maintain, service and repair Konica Minolta products and services. This will be a hands-on role, providing technical diagnostic support for our range of print equipment and ancillary products with associated software & services solutions. We are looking for a person who can work collaboratively within a self-directed work team.RequirementsTo be qualified for this position, ideally, your background and skills will comprise of the following:
- Your strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers, are essential attributes for this role.
- A keen desire to learn and apply new skills will be encouraged in the Konica Minolta environment that fosters continuous employee development.
- Applicants must possess a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of excellent customer service, ensuring to go above and beyond
- Demonstrated experience a similar role and/or network, IT and technical knowledge/understanding
- Experience as an Office Print Technician as a minimum.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Current and valid Australian Driver’s License
- Hold valid working rights in Australia
