These contract roles offer the opportunity to work on enterprise-wide projects in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment that values adaptability, communication and stakeholder engagement.Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored change strategies and delivery plans
- Conduct impact assessments, readiness analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Support communications, training needs analysis and learning coordination
- Maintain stakeholder registers, training schedules, and reporting metrics
- Collaborate with project leads and business SMEs to drive adoption and mitigate risk
- Champion continuous improvement and embed change into operating models
- From 4+ years’ experience in Change Management roles (mid-level CM and Change Analyst level opportunities available)
- Background in investment management, insurance, superannuation, or digital advice is highly valued
- Familiarity with financial services regulatory environments and transformation practices
- Change certifications (Prosci, APMG, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and coaching capabilities
- Resilient, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a collaborative mindset
