Reports to: Store ManagerWe are looking for Souls who naturally identify with Le Labo's lifestyle, and who appreciate craftsmanship.We are not necessarily looking for someone with beauty or retail experience, we are also looking outside of the industry.We like untamed memorable Souls who have the ability to connect with others in their own beautiful way and can talk about our creations and Formulas imaginatively.Our Lab Technicians are brand ambassadors. They share the beauty of our craft with our clients. Their mission is to create unique and memorable experiences for all who wander into our boutiques/ corners.## Resposibilities
- Ensuring a welcoming environment for client in the store
- Sharing with the client his/ her knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the Brand, and on the collection, and create genuine, authentic connections with clients
- Fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labelling and boxing the products
- Building client database by gathering all clients' information
- Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to Company's philosophy and escalating to corporate level for specific requests
- Up-keeping the maintenance of the Boutique (retail floor as well as lab area, stock room)
- Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales
- Ensuring full stock of merchandise on the floor and transferring from the stock room to the floor as and when needed
- Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager from time to time.
