RCR Mining Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Machining Supervisor to join our Welshpool Workshop.This role is responsible for leading and guiding a team of Machinists, ensuring quality outcomes across machining operations including borers, lathes, drills, and mills. You’ll oversee planning, execution, and team development while maintaining the highest standards of safety, precision, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and advice to Machinists.
Plan, allocate, and oversee daily machining activities.
Manage materials, stock, and workflow to meet project deadlines.
Build and support a strong leading hand structure within the team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to position RCR as an industry leader.
Deliver training and upskilling programs to develop employee capability.

Skills & Experience

Australian-recognised Machining Trade qualification.
Comprehensive knowledge of machining tooling and systems.
Heidenhain and Fanuc control experience.
Forklift Licence.
Dogman / Rigger Basic (desirable).
Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (desirable).
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
Solid understanding of quality and safety management systems.
Minimum 5 Years Experience in a Similar Role (Desirable)
