
Machining Supervisor - Welshpool Workshop

- Provide technical guidance and advice to Machinists.
- Plan, allocate, and oversee daily machining activities.
- Manage materials, stock, and workflow to meet project deadlines.
- Build and support a strong leading hand structure within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to position RCR as an industry leader.
- Deliver training and upskilling programs to develop employee capability.
- Australian-recognised Machining Trade qualification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of machining tooling and systems.
- Heidenhain and Fanuc control experience.
- Forklift Licence.
- Dogman / Rigger Basic (desirable).
- Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (desirable).
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Solid understanding of quality and safety management systems.
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in a Similar Role (Desirable)
