- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects that enhance aeromedical helicopter operations across NSW.
- Collaborate with local helicopter operations teams to implement improvements in logistics, recruitment, education, and base infrastructure.
- Engage with stakeholders to support operational governance and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
- Contribute to system-wide enhancements in service delivery by supporting multiple strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with the Zone Manager and broader operations team to strengthen aeromedical care across the network.
- Brings experience and understanding of the NSW Ambulance operational environment or has worked in a similar emergency services setting.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage and oversee project delivery, including coordinating activities, monitoring milestones, managing risks, and working within budget.
- Thrives when collaborating with subject matter experts to support change initiatives and drive quality improvement.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes under pressure.
