- Invoicing of service jobs
- Assisting with the scheduling of services
- Site mobilisation functions
- Assist with time sheet data entry
- Addressing customer queries
- Updating data bases, filing and generating reports
- Certificate IV in Business Administration OR At least 3 years relevant Administrative experience
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Intermediate computer skills
