Reporting to the New Machines Mining Manager, The Administrator Service Operations is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the designated area/store/team/branch.Roster: Mon - Fri 8.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks)Location: South Guildford, WAWhat you'll do:

Provide high-level administrative support to designated teams, branches, or stores.
Coordinate and monitor Quality Assurance audits to ensure compliance with WesTrac policies and procedures.
Manage site mobilisation requirements, including induction arrangements and daily timesheet accuracy.
Encode and price external items onto work orders, ensuring correct documentation and processing.
Handle purchase requisitions and oversee the end-to-end purchasing process.
Maintain accurate time capture reporting and archive management systems.
Facilitate training requirements and support safety and contamination control audits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in administrative support within a fast-paced operational or service environment
Strong understanding of compliance, auditing processes, and quality assurance standards
Proficiency in data entry, time capture systems, and managing purchase requisitions
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Solid communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders
Familiarity with safety protocols, induction processes, and site mobilisation procedures
Competence in using business systems and software (e.g., ERP platforms, Microsoft Office Suite)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
