Our project management team is made up of experienced Project Managers with diverse knowledge and backgrounds. This is a permanent full time position that is responsible for scheduling across a number of large-scale warehouse and Distribution Centre projects.We offer:

Tasks and Qualifications:The key responsibilities of this role include:- Scheduling all activities and resource allocations associated with the assigned project/s from the receipt of a customer order to the completion of the project
- Liaising with relevant internal teams and external parties to ensure the project is completed on time.
- Managing the schedule reporting, Assisting with the managing resourcing and staff planning, including coordination of sub-contractors
- Communicating with all relevant stakeholders at each stage of the project life cycleSuccessful candidates will possess the following qualifications & experience:
  • Degree qualified in Engineering or a scientific discipline
  • Experience working as a Project Co-Ordinator/Scheduler for large-scale projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and external stakeholders
  • Competent use of MS Office applications
  • Ability to build trusting and credible relationships with customers
  • Willingness and availability to travel across Australia and internationally to see projects through to completion
