- Develop a pipeline of façade and remedial building opportunities across NSW
- Leverage your network of consultants, developers, asset owners, and strata managers to uncover and pursue project leads
- Collaborate closely with in-house engineering, estimating, and delivery teams to present compelling, tailored proposals
- Monitor the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements driving façade safety and recladding work
- Play a strategic role in shaping how we engage with the market, supported by national and global resources
- Step into a well-established function with recent major wins and strong internal support
- Work alongside experienced engineers and delivery teams capable of executing complex façade remediation projects others avoid
- Represent a company with real differentiation-technical depth, safety credibility, and a national footprint
- Enjoy autonomy and influence-this is a high-impact role with visibility at state and national leadership levels
- Pipeline security-with projects already locked in through 2026, you'll have the stability to focus on long-term growth, not transactional sales
- Strong experience in business development, sales or client-facing roles within façade remediation, cladding, remedial construction, or building services
- A strong understanding of NSW's façade compliance, safety and regulatory landscape
- A proven network across strata management, building consultancies, asset owners, and government bodies
- A commercial mindset, technical curiosity, and ability to see both short- and long-term opportunities
- Confidence in representing a specialist brand with credibility and capability
