- Previous experience and understanding of project marketing and selling off the plan apartments.
- Strong earning potential with extensive pipeline of upcoming projects.
- Develop and maintain network of clients and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Manage display suites and service leads to ensure that business sales objectives are exceeded.
- Provide sales strategy, pricing and market feedback to the Project Director.
- Negotiate sales terms, variations and offers.
- Meet individual budgeted revenue on an annual basis.
- NSW Real Estate Licence;
- Knowledge of Sydney CBD property market and/or off the plan project sales;
- Exemplary written and verbal communication & presentation skills;
- Strong understanding of the sales and contract administration process;
- Driven, team orientated attitude including a high level of enthusiasm and initiative; and
- Availability to work weekends.
