  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Account Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive engagement.

About YouThe successful candidate will have:
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-motivated, organised, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • You will also have had experience in geospatial technology or software sales is a plus.
  • The ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales, with a proven track record in hunting new business.
