What You'll Be DoingAs a Parts Interpreter you will:
  • Deliver accurate parts to internal and external customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Receipt parts in and out correctly, assist with inventory discrepancies, and support rolling stock-takes
  • Record all sales (including lost sales) using CDK, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing retail floor that meets store standards
  • Source unusual or hard-to-find parts requested by customers using initiative and product knowledge
  • Follow all guidelines for receiving, storing, and shipping parts, ensuring transactions are properly documented to minimise risk
  • Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:
  • A strong grasp of mechanical and technical terminology, with the confidence to interpret and communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • Hands-on experience with parts operating systems (like CDK) and solid computer literacy to navigate digital tools with ease
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills to stay on top of tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly, solutions-focused attitude that builds trust and satisfaction
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain high standards without constant supervision
  • Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
  • A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
