- Taking ownership of the skills matrices, internal Ventia compliance system, ensuring that all competencies are accurately documented and maintained.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Asset Network Providers, using technical know-how and clear communication to foster collaboration and provide effective support.
- Develop and implement new processes and work instructions, where required and recommend improvements in existing processes and work instructions.
- Overseeing VOC's (Verification of Competency), SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality), and project inductions to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Looking over multiple clients across Australia and New Zealand
To be successful in this role you will come from a similar role ideally with with a background working in the field with an understanding of the technical knowledge behind complex works.You will also possess:
- Experience in sub-contractor management and compliance related roles (highly desirable)
- Understanding of Legislation around compliance and governance
- Hands-on experience with training, compliance and SHEQ related systems
- Experience in the telecommunications industry (highly desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiencies with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
