Accounts Receivable Officer

• End-to-end Accounts Receivable role.
• Epicor ERP system.

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations efficiently.
• Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable as required.

• A background in Accounting & Finance with relevant qualifications.
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
• Age Care industry experience is advantageous.
• Epicor system is strongly desirable.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle billing and reconciliation challenges.
