- Effectively lead a key client account, while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor by fostering strong and influential relationships.
- Accountable for the overall client relationship, operations and deliverables.
- Working closely with the Strategy & Investment teams to deliver insightful, innovative and excecutionable media campaigns.
- Lead media planning, ensuring alignment with strategic direction and core media ideas, while ensuring full integration across digital and traditional channels.
- Responsible for the connectivity, consistency and timely delivery of the components of the response to brief including: Strategy, Channel Planning, Investment and Implementation.
- Identifying opportunities across the broader Dentsu network to deliver integrated projects.
- Ensure delivery of the service proposition to the client and full end to end management of the business
- Excellent client service and stakeholder engagement skillset – the ability to gain trust and confidence with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in providing Strategic direction for key/flagship clients
- Strong experience & understanding of Full-Funnel Channel Planning
- Proven ability to cultivate collaboration and engagement quickly, to enable the team and support them
- Ability to work under pressure and in an agile environment
- Strong financial acumen, negotiation and influencing skills
