- Support the production team to ensure best-practice execution
- Support and inspire the strategic development process
- Have a considered/informed opinion throughout the entire marketing process
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and how they may benefit BMF or your clients
- Know the various expertise across the group and know when to engage them
- Have a broad understanding of all communications channels
- Taking an active role in new business pitches as required
- Build and nurture exceptional relationships with your client stakeholders
- Ensure we deliver brilliant basics at all times – Contact Reports / WIP’s / budgets, / Agenda / Updates / filing etc.
- Responsible for day-to-day financial management of your clients
- Ensure projects are estimated correctly and delivered within budget
- Ownership of the JCR process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Weekly management of head hours – ensuring projects are profitable on completion
- Timesheets completed accurately and timely
- Act as quality controller for all work created
- Creation and maintenance of all project documentation
- Ensure that BMF and our clients are not exposed to any legal issue within a campaign
- Any experience working in an advertising, communications or creative agency will be highly advantageous.
- History of strong client relationships
- Proven ability to deliver great creative ideas
- Good understanding of marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of media plans and production specs
- Deep understanding of all communication channels
- Clear and articulate communications, with strong presentation skills
- Flawless attention to detail and a strong drive for excellence.
- The ability to help with the preparation of presentation documents, including strong PowerPoint (and other relevant) skills.
